Slinky Rib Shaped

Slinky rib waistStill working on this.  I kind of like that  I am in an all stockinette place.  It has become easy to KIP so I carry it around and am actually working it.  The top was knit on a size 6 needle and increased and short rowed to get over the girls, but I was worried about carrying that much width down the midsection.  I decided to use Carol Hurt’s favorite decrease–change the needle size–and went to a 4 to get down to and just past the waist.  I’ve tried it on (take it off the needles and onto waste yarn for a true look) several times and I’m thinking I’m pleased.

I’m not sure how to end this.  Maybe Wendy’s way; maybe not.
